A family-owned builder, central Massachusetts, since 2003.
We are a family-owned business serving central Massachusetts and the New England area since 2003. We primarily build custom homes from scratch, but we also handle remodeling projects with additions and kitchen/bath renovations.
We are a family-owned business founded by (father) Bill George and (son) Mike George in Holden, MA. We started in this business in 2003 doing remodeling work — renovating single-family and multi-family homes and condos. In 2006, our business took a new path as we started to purchase land for future development.
We specialize in building new custom homes in the Worcester area and throughout central Massachusetts, working with individuals and families who want to build their dream homes from the ground up. Unlike many in our field, we didn’t grow up in construction — Bill (dad) enjoyed a successful career in hospital financial management, while Mike is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

Building a new custom home requires a plan — and a process.
We have the team to bring together every element of your project — from lot selection to land development to home design to final construction. If some steps are already done, we’re happy to pick up wherever you need us.

Lot Selection
We can build on your lot, on one of our lots in a developing neighborhood, or we can help you find a lot in the town of your choice.

Site Preparation
Before we build, we get your lot ready — with land clearing, road building, utilities access, water, sewer/septic, zoning and permitting.

Home Design
You have your wish list. Let’s get your ideas down on paper. We can build your home with your designs and floor plans, or you can use ours.

Home Construction
We manage the entire construction process — from foundation and framing to wiring and plumbing to windows and doors.

Interiors & Exteriors
Let’s show your personal design style with all of your finishing touches — both on the interior and exterior of your home.

Budget & Schedule
We give you an estimate and a timetable — and you can expect we’ll stick to it. We think it’s important to keep our promise.
